Chalet Patagonia is a striking contemporary retreat set in the peaceful Les Iles area of the upper Chamonix Valley, surrounded by open alpine landscapes, woodland, and uninterrupted views towards the Mont Blanc massif. This quiet hamlet offers a rare sense of seclusion while remaining well connected, with the Grands Montets ski area just a short drive away and direct access to nearby Nordic cross-country trails. The village of Argentière, with its restaurants, shops, and bars, is close by, while Chamonix town centre is easily reached by car or shuttle, making this an ideal base for year-round mountain living.

Spanning over 450 sqm, the chalet has been designed to combine clean modern architecture with natural materials, creating a warm yet refined alpine atmosphere. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with light and frame breathtaking mountain views, while the open-plan living space, centred around a fireplace, provides a sophisticated setting for relaxing and entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, perfect for sociable evenings, while a separate games room adds a relaxed additional space for downtime. In summer, large terraces and a barbecue area extend the living space outdoors, ideal for long, peaceful days overlooking the peaks.

The chalet accommodates up to 12 guests across five beautifully designed bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with balcony, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom, two flexible double or twin en-suite rooms, and a family room with two sets of bunk beds ideal for children or teenagers. Each bedroom is finished with understated elegance, high-quality linens, and soft, natural textures, ensuring a calm and restful atmosphere throughout.
